EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

AL!37 PRODUCTION guarantees its products to be free from damage or manufacturer defect when the products being shipped out.  All the merchandises have been carefully checked before being shipped.  If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. We only provide exchange/refund services for all the clothing items (Dizzy Stickers are not included).

If you would like a refund or exchange, we will provide this to the best of our ability, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you cash refund or an option to exchange for another item of like value. In this instance, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the item(s) being sent back to AL!37 PRODUCTION as well as the new merchandise to be sent to you. Please ensure the items sent back are through a traceable and/or insurable method as AL!37 PRODUCTION is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Worn or washed items will not be accepted for return or exchange. No exceptions can be made. Returned items with make-up, deodorant marks, stains or traces of dirt, pet hair will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items must be returned in resalable condition, with the plastic bag and the hand tag. All items accepted for return must be in the original condition, meaning brand new.

Refunds will be issued by original payment method.

Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Returns after 30 days are subject to approval, and will be charged 30% restocking fee if approved. No exceptions can be made.

All Sale items and promotional items are final no refunds or exchanges.

AL!37 PRODUCTION reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges submitted outside of our established guidelines.

How To Exchange or Request a Refund

You can simply send us a request email to info@ali37.com for exchange/refund approval. Once approved, print out the invoice, approval email and your package to our address which we provide to you.

Please allow 15 business days upon receipt of the returned goods to receive your exchange or refund.
